Indeed. I first found Schwartz’s work on VHS tapes almost 25 years ago. He’s certainly not the only one to talk parts, subpersonalities, even many “selves” (see Elizabeth O’Connors work from many decades ago!) But IFS is a big part of my integrative model! Thanks Cindy!
